this past week ive had the chance to sit in on a few classes at the local dance studio movement lifestyle. its an amazing studio full of really really inspiring & talented people. dance was a shorter part of my life before art and school took over, but i was super excited to find in some way i could reintroduce it into my life again. and it turns out the studio is walking distance from our new apartment!
the first class was choreographed by Hollywood. the second was by Johnny 'JBlaze' Erasme. ive been following their work for a while so to meet and them and see them teach/dance in person? so awesome.... what they do inspires me so much, as does their sense of dance as one community. moving to north hollywood just got a whole lot better :)
